Who We Are
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to train leaders to plant dynamic churches. We equip those leaders with time-tested, Biblically-based training curriculum, so that they plant healthy churches that reproduce and plant more healthy churches.
Our research shows that each leader trained plants an average of 2.55 churches, and each church leads an average of 40 people to Christ.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to equip leaders to plant five million churches to reach the world for Christ. As of January 2022, we have trained leaders to plant over one million churches! We are now focusing on the Five Million Church Vision with excitement and determination.
God has also given us a vision to introduce our training to every country of the world. We have just over 20 countries left, and we know God will do it.
OUR RESEARCH
We keep a close eye on our trainees to make sure that our training is, and continues to be, maximally effective.
Our research shows that every DCPI-trained church planter starts 2.55 churches within the first five years after their DCPI training.
Their churches lead, on average, 40 people to Christ.
They are healthy, reproductive, Gospel-sharing, Great-Commission-fulfilling churches.

Church Planting Essentials (CPE)
for church planters
Learn and apply the 12 Biblical Principles of Church Planting, as you develop your own Vision, Plan, and Timeline (VPT) and outline how your church will take shape. In this interactive and comprehensive training, you will learn to plan prayerfully, discern and pursue your vision effectively, and avoid planting “landmines” that could destroy your church down the road.

Healthy Church Dynamics (HCD)
for leaders of existing churches
Each of our body’s systems are vital to one another; so it is with a church. In this helpful training, you’ll learn the eight systems in the body of Christ that are critical in becoming a healthy church. You’ll learn how to increase the survival rate of your church, how to help your church be healthy, and how to prepare for successful reproduction.

Even a small church can plant a daughter church that makes a huge impact for the Kingdom! In this powerful training, you will answer objections to church planting, determine the mother church involvement, outline a time line, find resources to fund the new church, and develop a personalized Vision Involvement Plan.

for groups wanting to plant many churches
A church planting movement is a fast-growing group of churches that plant churches in their region or population. It can also be known as a network or denomination. In this dynamic training, you will learn the 13 Biblical principles of church planting movements, how to receive a vision from God, how to recruit a team, and how to organize your movement.

House Church Planting (HCP)
for planters of groups, house churches, & micro-churches
In this model-based training, leaders discover the impact and reproducibility of planting a house church. This interactive and practical training will equip you to recognize the potential for house churches in your community, outline your Vision, Plan, and Timeline (VPT) for launch, start recruiting a team, and start seeing fast multiplication!

Mentoring Church Planters (MCP)
for mentors of church planters
Become maximally helpful to your church planting mentee. Mentors help church planters stay on course, avoid “landmines”, and grow spiritually. This interactive training empowers mentors to recognize what church planters need, identify the four phases of church planting, prepare for seasons of mentoring, and develop skills to support planters.

Get certified to share everything you’ve learned from DCPI! Certified Trainers (CTs) are at the core of how we multiply church planters worldwide. All of our Certified Trainers are men and women who have gone through our training, planted a church, and are ready to help others get trained to plant churches.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does DCPI training cost?
All of our trainings are sponsored by donors, so they are FREE for everyone God is calling to participate in a church team or church planting team!
At times, depending on the training location, there can be an expense to cover the costs of lunch, printing, or the venue. These costs go toward the extra components, not charge for training.
Where can I get trained?
We offer in-person and webinar trainings throughout North America.
Our Academy online training platform allows students to register for a coach assisted cohort. The coach will then email materials,instructions, meeting links directly to the registrant.

How long are the trainings?
Most of our in-person trainings are 18 hours delivered in various time frames. To get certified to train other people (our Certified Trainer track) takes an additional 6 hours.
When can I start?
Trainings are planned around the calendar. Church Planting Essentials and House Church Planting run frequently through Academy training.

Who can get trained?
Any Christian who may serve in a church or on a church planting team is invited to participate. There are no set academic, demographic, or role requirements to participate in DCPI training.

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1994 with the vision of training leaders in every country of the world to plant dynamic churches to reach the world for Jesus. We offer trainings both live and online, so that hundreds of thousands of men and women called by God can take the Gospel to their tribes, tongues, and nations. We offer 8 tracks of training built upon biblical principles and actionable applications, so DCPI churches are effective and healthy. In 2021, we celebrated 1 MILLION churches!
